LD offers a multiple course food experience inspired by our Head Chef Marko Gajski's favourite dishes from the A La Carte and Tasting Menus. Personally served by our Head Chef and Head Sommelier Dražen Matković, guests are guided through a seven course menu paired with eight wines and local olive oils. Alternatively, guests can accompany the seven course menu with their own choice of wines from our wine list. There is also a five course tasting menu.
In addition to our Terrace by the sea, LD has an intimate space for up to 10 guests to sample the latest menu ideas, paired with recommended olive oils and local wines. We can also create exclusive menus for Chef’s Table guests using requested ingredients if those are available. The Chef’s Table can be booked for lunch or dinner.
